SP Cake

I swear I'm drawing without bases too! xP But they're just so fun to use. xD

I actually started working on this one more than a month ago. I wanted to use all the little chibis in the base and I kinda ran out of characters. That's why it too me so long. But I somehow managed to finish it. (By adding Terrence & Phillip, who aren't kids, but whatever.)
